Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Repairs and maintains HVAC and refrigeration systems and any related components according to manufacturer’s specifications, including wiring, refrigerant lines, gas lines and ductwork.
2. Provides timely and quality repairs and maintenance of customers’ products.
3. Troubleshoots problems with equipment. Adjusts, cleans and calibrates equipment to assure proper operations. Complete diagnosis and repair of the following.
4. Promotes additional products and services.
5. Advises customers on maintenance schedules.
6. Pre-measures jobs to ensure proper materials for repairs and maintenance.
7. Receives, verifies and loads all equipment and materials for jobs.
8. Assures billing accurately reflects completed services. Prepares records and reports describing procedures, actions taken and recommended solutions.
9. Assures all work is completed to quality and safety specifications.
10. Provides training to customers on electronic control system operations as directed.
11. Assures customers’ locations are left clean and undamaged.
12. Provides technical assistance with system designs.
13. Responds to customer emergencies in a timely manner. Provides on-call service on weekends and holidays.
14. Keeps truck clean and organized.
15. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• A seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
• EPA Certification and TDLR Registration.
• Housecall Pro and The New Flat Rate experience preferred, with a knack for learning new systems.
• Clean driving record and a commitment to maintaining our fleet’s pristine condition.
